What is the difference between a Shelf Bra and a Bra Cup?

Our Shelf Bra provides light to medium support, while the Bra Cup offers a higher level of support. The cups in the Bra Cup increase slightly between sizes but do not correspond to standard bra cup sizing.

These two styles are a slightly more generous fit than out Sport Backs, Knee Lengths, Katzoots, Sportiques,
Kini backs and Bikinis.
